InspireHealth is a non-profit supportive cancer care organization that provides programs and services to enhance quality of life, health, and well-being of people living with cancer and their families. They provide individualized exercise therapy, counseling services, nutrition, and stress management services. With the onset of COVID-19 and given the vulnerable client population, InspireHealth quickly switched to all online offerings. My primary responsibilities this summer included supporting virtual client programming, managing patient email communications, and updating the organizations’ website using WordPress. I am grateful to have been a part of InspireHealth’s focus on the mind-body aspects of healing and a part of a team that places an emphasis on mindfulness and gratitude practices daily.
